At Central City Consultant, we believe data is more than just numbers—it’s a reflection of our communities, our challenges, and our power. When used with intention, data becomes a tool for equity, a compass for strategy, and a catalyst for lasting change.

I started CCC because I saw a gap—and an opportunity. Too often, the voices of Black, Brown, LGBTQ+, and Southern communities are overlooked in decision-making spaces. We’re here to change that. We work at the intersection of research, advocacy, and impact—giving organizations, campaigns, and coalitions the insights they need to move forward with confidence and purpose.

Our work isn’t just about surveys, metrics, or reports. It’s about people. It’s about building trust, honoring stories, and transforming insight into action that uplifts communities and influences policy.

Founded by David Armstead, a passionate strategist and advocate with deep roots in the South, CCC was created to fill a gap: high-impact, community-centered data and campaign strategy for organizations working across the Deep South—especially those led by and serving people of color, LGBTQ+ communities, and historically marginalized groups.

We partner with campaigns, nonprofits, Pride organizations, and community coalitions to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights. Whether it’s mobilizing voters, evaluating programs, designing outreach tools, or preparing reports that speak to funders—we bring a tailored, mission-aligned approach to every project.
